Authentic PSA/DNA Certified Marilyn Monroe Auto? Potential Value?

Is this an authentic Marilyn Monroe cut auto? It has been certified by PSA/DNA and what would something like this be typically worth given it's only part of her autograph?

It's a cut of her married name "Miller". Her handwriting but value would be hard to determine. Very subjective. Someone kept the Marilyn Monroe portion.

Cutting  the actual signature itself up is a weird way to make a buck, especially if you're not one of those sleazy sports card companies.
