Authenticate my Clapton please?

I got this autographed Clapton photo with original SASE mailing envelope sent by collector to request autograph, along with an entire collection of signed index cards and photos. Someone recently told me it was a secretarial signature, and not a Clapton. Anyone have some insight on this one? thank you!
