First-time poster here, looking for opinions on my MJ memorabilia please!

The photo has a certificate of authenticity with it, the album doesn't - but I know these certificates can be wrong.

I'm looking to sell them both but want to know they're genuine as I don't want to accidentally sell someone a forgery. I would really appreciate opinions as to their authenticity and also their value, if that's okay to ask.
