AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION - NEED HELP VALIDATING AUTHENTICITY *1 - RINGO STARR

Hey folks, been awhile since I had a senior estate that contained signatures & autographs. However, the one I just started working on this weekend has a boat-load I'm finding in drawers & cabinets. So this will be a long, ongoing process that I kindly ask for advice on, as it appears a majority have no COA's.

That being said, many of them look legit to me. However, I know many of you know much better than me.  So I truly appreciate any & all help & assistance with validation.

Furthermore, if you see something of interest, please let me know as this item, as well as all of these items I'll be asking about have to be sold off.

First one in question is this signed Ringo Starr. I remember reading somewhere that after 1990-something, he stopped putting "Starr" are the end of his signatures.

So is this Real? Fake?

Thanks again!
