Hi there,
How do I get PSA/DNA to fix two errors on their website, pertaining to two Al Davis index cards I had authenticated by them in January. They are PSA/DNA certification #'s AM02521 and AM02542. In both cases, the picture on their website is a picture of the other index card. I did not notice this right away, and neither did the eBay buyer who bought the first one I listed. But, when I listed the second one, a potential buyer pointed out that the screen shot from the website (which I included in the listing) did not match up with the picture of the index card I had listed. I looked it up on the PSA/DNA website, and sure enough, they flip-flopped the two index cards! How do I get this fixed? I certainly don't want to pay another $75 to have it authenticated again, when it should be an easy fix. Any help would be appreciated. Attached are scans of the two index cards and the website screen shots.
