I just picked this up.  Of music artists that have come on the scene since 2000, Avril Lavigne is probably my favorite.  I have all of her albums - thanks to Amazon Music!  I like all five of her studio albums, and I've always admired her anti-Britney Spears approach.  Yes, I still adamantly believe that the 80s was the most original and creative decade in music history, and I also love music from the 70s and 90s, along with quite a bit from the 60s, but since the 2000s hit, Avril is my fav artist.  And she writes her own stuff.  You should learn from that, Rhiana...and a few others.  

I think this is real.  But what do you think?
