Babe Ruth personalized autograph - Real or Fake?

Ok, so I'm wondering, is this Babe Ruth signed, personalized baseball legit? Or is it a forgery? It is probably the boldest Babe signed baseball I have ever seen. What do you guys think? If it's real, what kind of writing instrument produced this?

I don't disagree with either point as both are valid.

However, although I personally wouldn't want this example I would trust his opinion over mine and it is clear he issued a letter on it.
