If it is genuine you could name your price, you are talking in my opinion  mega money and an unsigned one also is expensive.  Where have you found it because to find anything signed by him is very rare and many people should be fighting over to acquire it as its such a rare item to come on the market so if you are sure it is genuine snap it off.

Hi Michelle, The photo above i just googled it. I was just seeing what ebay had available but don't think i would take a chance.I'm afraid all of bay's are copies because unsigned ones are going anywhere from $200.- to $500.-  Do you know what a fair price for an unsigned one goes for? Many thanks.

Oh not more than 200 because it is more than likely to be a copy unless it has provenance or is coming from an art gallery and then it should be a lot more  money.  A few of the auction houses here have had a few banksys unsigned but they were a lot more than $500.  Hope that helps
