any Op's??

Junk fake

Some day I'll get the eye- is this one of those banana Mantle's?

Ken, yes it has the banana m style to it, but every letter is shaky and drawn, the inscription too. Spacing and slant are off, the whole thing is just bad.
Awful, the letters are so slowly drawn and not even that close. stay far away

Let me say that I am a complete rookie at this but the thing that I don't like is the M's look very slowly drawn. Like an unpracticed hand.

The whole signature is slowly drawn and shaky, letter spacing and slant are all wrong as well. it's not even a good forgery.

Now that I look at it further, the inscription is different than any I have seen before. The abbreviation for home runs is HR with no periods after each letter and no ('s) as well. Not trying to pile on but learning myself and looking for anomolies in signatures

seriously, this has nothing to do with studying Mantle signatures.  anytime you see a signature like this (unless its an old time HOF'er) that is shaky and slowly written, that is all you need to know.
