This is a HELP album as it states on the sleeve (not Rubber Soul). It sold on eBay in 2019 for 40 grand.  I think it came with a Frank Caiazzo LOA so it's authentic. New seller Press Pass Collectibles now wants 150 grand -- good luck!

Ok ... first of all ... the visual above is NOT from Rubber Soul, it is the back side of the album HELP which as you can see is exactly what it says at the top. Second, wasn't this featured on a web site in the UK recently ?
