I would say they are fake but could be past off to the uninformed as real. Not a bad attempt.

No. I've seen lots of examples without. Don't think there are any rules as such with this.

I don't think that any of these were signed by George. George was good at signing for the other Beatles, but he wasn't THIS good.

Looking at these again. It could be our friend in the UK who's mother left him all of those autographs and programmes. He used the stained paper trick. His were good fakes. The old garage sale story and low start on the bidding.
