beatles signed fab club card

i am a vinyl records collector and i recently bought some records from the daughter of a long time collector; all of them were beautiful original press ... a nice collection ;
 at the end of the deal , she asked me what i thought about this fan club signed photo ; as i am not a specialist , i said i did not know at all ; but it was highly possible that it was signed by the people working at the fan club on behalf of the band ;
 as i tought it still looked lovely , i bought the picture and framed it ;
 as i looked at the live autograph web site , it appears there is a lot of serious specialist of all the signed beatles items ,
would it be possible to have the exact story   story behind this fan club signed photo ? Neil Aspinall  ? secretary ?

This was not signed by The Beatles...it's not Neil Aspinall....this card was issued in Sept.1963. Most of these were signed by people who worked at the fan club...

Agreed. They aren't Beatles or Aspinall signatures. They're most likely Fan Club secretarials.
