Beatles Signed Fan Club Card or Neil ?

Here is a fan club card with a set of signatures.  Looks to be the work of Neil Aspinall. Any other thoughts?

It's not Neil...It's not Mal...It's not typical fan club "autographs". I know that The Beatles families used to answer the fans with these "signed" cards...
