I'm a big Dracula/Classic Universal fan and Bela's auto is probably my Holy Grail, but with so much garbage being sold (as well as being personally victimized by several internet sellers) I've never been confident enough to pull the trigger. Can anyone help me out with an opinion on this, yea or nay? The seller is a UACC member, and in doing my due diligence I was unable to find any black marks against him (not sure on the posting regulations, so I won't post his his details unless somebody gives me the OK).

Major thanks in advance to any who take the time to look

Hi,

Appears to miss several diagnostics, large and small. Not fluid, not scratchy, too ordered. Where is the European "e", "a" etc? Apostrophe? After 194... what -  7?

Eric

Not authentic in my opinion

Pass!

Much appreciated! I got the same response on the PSA quick opinion. On top of that, it seems the same seller has two of these up on Amazon also...nuts.

In any case, thanks again

Hi,

this is a  light box forgery copied from Bakers guide I think. Look at the "B", inside the "e" for example and form - loops not there but European style is.  Many things. Baseline, understroke. This was removed the marketplace. Poor forgery, but has something of the right form. The dedication is horrendous. These still show up.

Hi,

this is my Lugosi: 35mm master reel X 1953 Gland or Glenda original property of Producer George Weiss in original Pathe tins from Hollywood:

Slightly jealous now...ok, fairly jealous. Such an infamous film, and yet if it were released today, 50 years later, it might be called 'topical' (if not necessarily, um...good?). Thanks for the look!
