Love The Ezra, 'Good' and 'Desperately Wanting' are bangers, TSL shipping, not so much. Appreciate it Joel. 

yeah I'm still passing on TSL these days as well, but I know some still love them so I posted it for them lol

no problem and I wish I wasn't still passing but each I've had a problem TSL customer service would never actually address the issue and instead just give me the same exact prewritten response they gave me the time before. I've seen a lot of complaints about CS and my only real problem is the horrible packaging that resulted in 3 out of every 5 items I ordered showing up with cracked cases. they would never address the issue and instead just kept offering me replacement cases which would also show up cracked because they packed them the same way. it's really a simple and cheap fix if someone would actually listen to the customers and fix it. hell, I'm retired but if you guys honestly can't find someone to be in charge of shipping who has a clue what they are doing then I guess you can hire me for what would be an easy and affordable fix lol. I still think you have a great company and wish you nothing but the best but I personally just don't want to spend my money on what has constantly been damaged merchandise.   

I appreciate the candor and input, Joel! I am moving over to TalkShopLive fulltime. We are also shifting fulfillment partners and while there may be a few growing pains, I will try to work with TSL to improve the shipping experiences and information flow. Won't ever be perfect but will strive to be understanding we need to improve in some areas. Feel free to message me, Joel and thanks again.

I agree that we've all had our fair share of disappointments with TSL but with Steve being part of this forum i truly believe he will continue to try and improve the issues with TSL so we can end up with a great signed product. Most of us here are incredibly proud of our signed collections and even though we've had problems with TSL there's no doubt that the Rock and Rock Channel has made my collection something really special to me and i will always be incredibly grateful for that.

I appreciate those kind words Darren and as a collector through the years, the importance on good service and delivering items to the best of our collective ability is extremely important. I am so glad to hear we have contributed to your collection and the importance of the role we play. We are committed to artists, fans and collectors. That's why i started the music format with TalkShopLive three years again. Still learning and working to get better.
