So, yesterday I´ve had the chance to catch up Bill Wyman during a meet & greet here in Munich. I´ve been warned from a lot of autograph collectors, not to give him anything related to the Stones as he won´t do it. Well, I´ve had a Bill Wyman Solo album with me and also two albums from the Stones. What I did not know before the meet&greet, that a longtime autograph collector attended to the meet & greet, too. He´s a very nice guy - in a wheelchair. He had lots of Stones items in his bag. Well, Bill came in and he saw the guy in the wheelchair. He saw him and all the Stones vinyls,
that been signed already by Keith and Mick. Bill said, that he does not sign Stones items anymore.

But after 2/3 seconds of thinking, he signed all the Stones albums from the wheelchair guy. So I grapped my two stones albums out of my bag and asked Bill if he will sign these, too. He said the same to me as to the wheelchair guy, that he dont use to sign Stones anymore, but after 2/3 seconds he put his signature on it. To be honest - I never thought he will sign these albums and so I only had these two albums with me. Also I´m not a Stones autograph expert. The Dirty Work album I´ve brought from a record shop some years ago here in Munich. It was already signe dby Mick and Keith - but - no history of the signatures available. I have no idea if Mick Jaggers and Keith Richards signatures are authentic. As for Bill I can say - yes, his signature is 100% authentic.
Attached some images
from the Meet&Greet yesterday and the items, that been signed by Bill Wyman. Please can you have an closer look to the Dirty Works album and check if Mick or Keith could be authentic?   AND if Mick and Keith are not authentic, how can I get it off from that album cover? I´ve done a littel website with all the pictures from yesterday. On the end of the page theres the big scan of the Dirty Works album!

Also, please check this one - got that in my collection, too! The Bigger Bang Vinyl LP. It was signed by Mick, Keith, Charlie and Ron as I´ve brought it some years ago in the USA. The guy where I´ve brought it told me, that he worked with the band on tour so I had no doubt that this is fake - story was O.K. for me. Also he had all the touring stuff - RollingStones tour literany, backstage passes and local crew shirts for sell. Last year I obtained Darryl Jones signature in person near Munich! So what do you think about it?

To be honest....this doesn´t look authentic to me.

Sorry.

you mean the bigger bang LP?

Yes

To my amateur eye, i dont think either set are authentic. The Richards in each example looks off to me, but thats just an opinion, and im by no means an expert.

Hope this helps

Carl
