I contacted Newbury Comics to let them know these were possibly autopenned since I have a couple of them coming from them. They replied and said they were no indications that the ones they had were autopenned. And they would stand behind them.

I got mines directly from Billy Idol's website. I got the purple vinyl Edition. I don't see any hard stops on mines to make me believe that it's autopen. But hey, I'm no expert. . .
