Honestly, I know very little about Belushi and Akroyd's signatures.

But I would avoid this seller like the plague.  I instantly spotted a number of fakes and very questionable items the first time I went into this website.  Even if their items were real, they'd still be overpriced.  It's also baffling how much money they put into framing compared to how little effort regarding authenticity.

ooooo I would have liked buy this one...That disappointment......

im waiting long time for  belushi/aykroyd (a.k.a jake/Elwood) signatures

if anyone knows where i can find one genuine, please let me know it.

thanks a lot!!!

Well, see if there is anyone more knowledgable on the signatures - maybe they are real.  I'm just not a fan of this particular seller and think they have some shady items in their inventory . . .

David -- if you're a hardcore blues brothers fan --

and I don't really want to part with this, but ... I'm a reporter/writer, and I was covering the opening of the House of Blues in San Diego. I brought a harmonica for Akyroyd to autograph. I took his photo, too (on a motorcycle).

He didn't seem happy about signing the autograph, until I said "Can you sign it with your Blues Brothers character name?" He smiled, did that, and made a cross on it. Then he said "why don't I sign the other side with my real name."

I'd sell it or trade it, if you have something good to trade for it (although I'd have to find it, first). I'd include the photo I took at the time, too. I also had him sign a concert poster from the event, but gave that to a friend of mine, framed, for his birthday.

email me if you're interest: sacs6@cs.com

You can also post pictures of it here, and if anybody says it's fake, I'll trade ya back. Nobody will, though. It's the real deal. You should google, though ... as he does a lot of grocery store appearances to sign bottles of a Vodka he's promoting. And he'll sign ANYTHING you have.

David, I am not optimistic for you on this item either. Aykroyd signed for me once at The House of Blues. He wasn't very friendly and kind of signs just a initial thing. He also signed Elwood. It is signed in the dark area of the picture and hard to see. Don't know anything about Belushi signatures.

Thanks to all for your help!!!!! Im still looking for!!!!

(Josh, i sent you an email!!!!)
