Supposedly obtained in person back in 1988. Is this authentic?? Thanks

I should say that I'm not expert about Bob Dylan, but for me this is not looks like authentic. I don't know...
Very strange signature... Need expert opinion from people who know better Bob Dylan's autographs.

It looks ok to me compared to others I see authenticated by tpas.
