Bob Dylan Autograph: Seems to Look Authentic; Can't Tell

Ran across this Dylan autograph. The signature matches the style during this time period. However, I still have some reservations about it.

I think that looks authentic to me. It is certainly Bob's writing, especially the 'Best wishes' inscription, which I have seen before in the '80's period. I think it is a great signature!
