I'd avoid this sketch like the plague. What grabbed me first was that the lines on the side of Batman's face in Eric's examples are strong, definitive and straight the way you would expect from someone who had drawn the Caped Crusader for decades. The lines on the example in question look sloppy, purposeful and crooked. Also, with the two authentic examples, the top of his cape looks artistically rounded on both sides. On the sketch in question it is totally different, much more angular with the outsode ends coming to a point.
