Bob Marley - could this be real?

This is on an Uprising tour poster. It doesn't match anything i've seen but is there a chance that it is a very rushed example or was signed on a non-flat surface? Although hard to see there are certain things that at least vaguely resemble real Marley's. Perhaps wishful thinking...
