If I had to make the call, I'd say no. It could conceivably be a very sloppy example, but even in that case I'd say you can't really make the call definitively without some other proof.
I'd join the U2 Eastlink group on Facebook for further opinions. You'll get some quick responses from some really smart longtime U2 collectors, but I have a feeling that they'll be on the same page as me. I'm just not seeing enough to think that's authentic. Here's the link to that group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/175579025807080/
Who was the seller?
I was never especially impressed with them. UACC RD's are unfortunately a very mixed bag.
I bought plenty of bad ones, and fortunately a couple good ones, as I was learning more about their signatures. Bono actually has always been a great signer and quite good to his fans, and this continues to be the case. I was able to get him in person, even though I'm not exactly the most skilled autograph collector.
Bono signs alot and items just signed by him can go very cheap.
I wouldn't pay more than 50 bucks for a signed CD cover.
Maybe 100 if on an LP

Seller very big U2 fan and collector and trustworthy.
You won't find a full set (yes, it's on two CD covers) anywhere cheaper.
