Hi again guys! Thanks for all the help so far! Just wondering as I am trying to sell off a few things at the moment what the value might be for these Bono autographs? One is signed on a Vox magazine cover which was obtained in 1994 during the Zoo TV Tour were he adds "As a Lemon" and the other two are signed on the front sleeve and inside page of the U2 by U2 book which were got while they were recording No Line on the Horizon in Dublin. Thanks for any help!

Ha, he didn't exactly go all out on the U2 by U2 book page, did he?

I've never been good at pricing these things, but I would think that last "B" signature would be hardest to sell, since it's such an awkward example and a bit too simplistic.  Still cool you got it though.

Authentic examples seem to sell in the $75 - 150 range, sometimes lower, sometimes higher.  Depends on the items signed, era signed and how nice the signatures are (from what I've seen, ebayers and IP collectors tend to end up with crappier sigs than fans attending concerts, especially if the group is small).  Your first two look to be better than average - I especially like that one from '94.  Very nice example.  Most of the authentic IP/PSA ones on ebay are pretty overpriced.

I'm sure some of the other pro collectors and dealers on this forum will have a more accurate idea of the actual market for him is right now.  If you're going to sell, It might not be the worst idea to wait until next year, when the band releases it's next studio album.  I would think it would be even hotter property then.

Thanks for the reply Rich! Just noticed that the pictures I had attached to this post had stopped working so I uploaded them again! Any other opinions would be great guys thanks!

If i had to guess, i would say the first example would go for between 100 to 150. I would say the second one you probably arent going to be able to sell unless you have video footage of him signing the exact item. Even though it may be authentic, most buyers want the usual Bono signature, and with him just writing B, it would be a very difficult sale in my opinion. I know if i was in the market for a Bono signature i would not go for it, even if priced only at at say 50 dollars. But that is just my opinion, and im not trying to be negative at all, i just dont think it will sale, so that one might be a good one to hang onto since you know its authentic. And a cool picture too. The third example though is quite nice and i would price it at around 120-150 dollars.

Good luck though

Carl
