Boris Karloff Signed Son of Frankenstein photo

A guy from France sent me this today.     My immediate reaction was a crude forgery..  
But, the more I look at it,  I'm not a 100% .     At least worth getting some other opinions..  

It is signed "Sincerely Frankenstein, alias, Boris Karloff".  This is one I would NOT send to PSA, they/Steve Grad have proven in the past they do NOT know Karloff..

Ask him to rescan it at higher resolution (like 300 DPI in US or 150 Dots per CM in Europe) and save it as a PNG. That will give you the resolution you need to get a better idea of the authenticity of the photo and autograph.

There is at least one dealer I know that will NOT want this to be genuine, even if it is...lol
