I did quite a bit of research before I bought it. I think you all are correct in your opinions(I had the same concerns) but I decided to buy it because I knew at worse because it’s lettered by PSA I could move it if I needed to. And like Eric said it’s the Mona Lisa of rock covers!

I would suggest returning it rather than selling it if you find it a problem. I would not sell a peice I have concerns with.
Thank you all for the valuable information.
Considering the information presented here and Mark's response aligning with my observations I would make use of the 30 day return policy you have. Even if Andy thinks it genuine Mark is very wary, as am I. Some others may think it good but I value Mark's word and Andy's greatly. I suggest a return and seeking out blatantly obvious genuine example.
Yes, that is sound advice. Thank you Eric.
Uhm, I think it is not normal that if I put the CN on the web of PSA that it says this CN does not exist?
Perhaps that is because it was just done on February 1st, 2019?
Hmmm, I do not know how long it take before its possible to search it on their web honestly but I believed it have to be there in a few hours. I can be wrong.
I was just guessing, I've never used any of these services so I have no idea really.
Spoken to Andy regarding this.
He has decided to take picture one in Eric's 3 examples down from the site - his response was
"in light of the close analysis Eric and you have spent on the 3 autographs, I confirm that I am also (now) uncomfortable with the Ziggy 99 signed in silver on the site. We (you, Eric, Ed and I) set up the site to try to be a without cost to the user safe haven for the thousands who have been duped into buying fake Bowie autographs over the years.
I added this Ziggy autograph because much of it looked okay and reflected the several large variations of his 99 autograph I have seen, but now with the measured arguments put forward, I agree I am uncomfortable with it. I guess with nearly 700 examples on the site, a couple of clever strays may creep through. More important though is the buyer who recently purchased the Pin Ups. I hope they are able to sort this out (either that they are satisfied it is genuine and proudly place it on their wall or that they are able to get a refund)."
+1. Andy's site, davidbowieautographs.com, is simply invaluable. Nearly 700 exemplars now!
I sent a pic of it to Roger Epperson he said no good. The seller was very gracious and had no issues with me returning it. Thank you all for your opinions.
