Looks good to me and so is the Bill Wyman!

Richardm, thank you for your opinion

These look authentic!

Hello Everyone,

Nicholas has a second Brian Jones signature which he asked me to "un-distort" (sale photo was a little skewed - this is decent but low res which I can't fix) in Photoshop and post here for him as he could not get online - for your consideration and opinions. He is very uncertain of its authenticity. It was $500, is uncertified and is said to have been signed in 1965. Black ball point on an autograph album page.

Thanks,

             Eric

The original photo:

I do not  know this signature. From what I have seen in looking, it appears reasonable but it strikes me as a clever forgery? I can't put into words why I feel this way.

Don't know his sig that well, this one does look just a little more contrived or slowly drawn into the A but I'm just speculating.

Thanks Ian, that's the word I think I wanted, and that is one area I am looking at, and also something with the "J" and some connection, like in "ones" but so hard to pin.

Thank you Ian for your analysis on this,

Exemplar in blue lower left is quite compelling, as is vintage version to its right, also in blue (yellowed paper on pink). Something small is sticking. Could well just be caution.

I'm not hanging my hat on the lack of an ending flourish underline, but something with the "J" and some slants and things seem odd. Others seem OK. I suspect it is overt caution on my behalf, but I am sticking with "pass" for now.

Thank you Eerick and everybody for attempting to authenticate this
