Could I ask any experts to have a quick look at this link to a book on eBay with Brian May and Roger Taylor autographs -

I want to buy it as a birthday present for my sister who is a huge Queen fan.

I emailed the seller to ask about the the photo proof he mentioned, he replied he has photos taken with both artists during several meet and greets, but not of the actual signing of the book as he said he was holding the book at the time and therefore unable to take a photo.

Do they look real? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
