Bryan Adams Reckless Album authenticity opinions

Is this Bryan Adams authentic? i have seen an in person which is terrible and hushed and have thus no basis of comparison.

Bryan has a messy signature, which makes it hard to tell, at least for me. This could be one for Roger.

My gut feeling tells me this is not authentic.

not authentic imo I got a few in person and they don't look at all like this
