I just acquired a large collection of old homemade Elvis Presley scrapbooks. In one, there appears to be the back cover of the 1955 Mr. Rhythm tour program pasted. It looks as though his signature is written in ink on the right side. I do not want to get too excited here until I have some of your opinions. It has the 1955 traits, but not sure. I got it from a guy who’s Mom was obsessed with Elvis and he just wanted to sell the lot of scrapbooks she accumulated. 90% of the items are from the 50’s Thoughts?

Also on the back of this page is hand written a setlist of songs, the ones in which Elvis probably played that night. I assume she attended the concert.
it certainly has some positives
Thnx. I see positives also for that time period.
Hi Steve. No def not a pre-print, It is dark blue ballpoint. The back of this tour program did not contain a pre-printed signature.
Hi Steve,
It must have lost that color difference when the JPG compressed it. If that's the case, then I do think it's got a good chance of being real. I'd get Roger on it.
Steve, how do I get Roger on it again? Thru his website or thru this website? I also found another one in the scrapbook which I am more excited about. Its a page from an old autograph book, and he signed it love ya, but then added 'Stage Show, New York City'. I have never seen one like that before. I will post it soon.
Yup...that's Elvis.
Thanks. Thought so too. What amazed me is well the ink stayed dark toned. That was my only concern.
Here´s my Elvis Presley signed in the late 50s:

Please compare if that can be of any help! I can se some positives, but I´m far from being an expert...
