Let's go after the low-hanging fruit first. Every verifiable Liston that I have ever seen had a fully formed "o" between the t and the n. This is written "Listen", that 5th letter a completely different formation than should be typically expected.
The C's from the Clay signature are the tell. No need to even progress to the rest of the ink.
So no. Passing on this would be what I would do for what that's worth.
I'm gonna say no good. First, it looks like the 'o' in Liston is an 'e' as Woody mentioned above. Second, it doesn't look like any authentic examples i've seen. From my understanding, he was illiterate and his autograph was not neat.
