COA from Green Bay?? on Paper??

so I can across this gentleman. http://www.ebay.com/itm/191193220143?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_... can anyone tell me if this COA is really?? I have never seen one from an NFL team before let alone one on paper. the signatures looks pretty good to what I have seen but not sure if I trust the COA.

I've never seen what the COAs actually look like, but you can purchase authentic Packers memorabilia from Packers Fan Tours. COAs come straight from the Packers.

Are you looking for Finley in particular? I believe he's done plenty of signings with Legends of the Field and Waukesha Sports Cards.

no I am looking for all Green Bay players. I am a huge fan and now I am trying to collect footballs from as many as a can, I have been watching Legends as well but sometimes they are out of my price range. I only go to eBay to see if anyone has a better deal that is not fake. lol. I just have never seen a COA that was on regular paper like this one. the gentleman is also selling a James Jones football and that one looks much cleaner that this Finley.
