Cowboys Fans - Is this really a Troy Aikman Auto?

I've had some folks tell me this does not look like his autograph - I know the photo is rare -  what do you guys think?  Trying to sell it and don't have a COA.

Looks pretty bad. Lots of that in the 90's on those plaques.
