As someone who has over 10 autographs from Mark Tremonti, I can tell you the person who wrote those messages has told you complete nonsense. Mark's signature is a full ellipse, sometimes with an extra line / circle to the left of it. See my attached photos for an example.

They didn't fulfill what was advertised. I'll go to my credit card company if they don't wanna cover shipping back.
