ciao, I posted this photo a few days ago, who answered me wrote that it is a fake, ok no problem (they told me done in the European tour of Nevermind). what I would like to know, referring to this signature, is if Kurt has wrote similar ones anyway... I mean similar this in the picture with detached letters. I would then like to understand what are the letters or the traits of this signature that make it clear that it is a fake, to avoid future cheating.
You're questions are good ones.
Because of the incredible value of authentic Nirvana-signed items, the amount of fakes are astonishing. It is worth your efforts to do as much research as possible. For example, find the best auction sites known for his genuine signature, study and bookmark them. Become familiar with genuine and fakes. Search for genuine Nirvana groups posting the most factual information available - and follow them. When you have unanswerable questions, write letters to band members and friends of the band.
But always remember that the search for authenticity can only be attained through knowledge, passion and research.
ciao, sure! these days I have searched a lot but one thing I still don't understand, if Kurt has ever signed as the autograph that I have in the photo I put. because I saw similar authentic ones but in case I would like to understand what is false in the single caracter or if it is just a matter of having 100% safe reference
Because of all the fake signatures, I'm unable to determine if your signature is genuine. Do more research on the most honest Nirvana dealers sellers and ask them. The good ones will always be happy to help.
