Daltrey/Townshend autographs - Real or Fake and value?

Hoping to get some opinions of the authenticity, and if authentic, the value of this piece, thanks!

Hi Mike. Definitely authentic. These were given out to VIP ticket holders on the last Who tour. No idea on current value, though.

It's real. I bought one last year for $300 on eBay. There are several listed now between $350-$450, unframed. One is @ $199 but looks like there might be a problem with it.
