Hi Mike. Definitely authentic. These were given out to VIP ticket holders on the last Who tour. No idea on current value, though.

It's real. I bought one last year for $300 on eBay. There are several listed now between $350-$450, unframed. One is @ $199 but looks like there might be a problem with it.
