No, that is a vendor signed pass. It contains some small elements of interest but it is not Bowie's signature from discussion with MarkG at the Davidbowieautograph.com. This was on the Tracks website as a vendor pass, not signed by Bowie. Who is offering it now as signed by Bowie? Obviously it doesn't align with his 1978 signatures.

This is very bad one. The start of "B" looks a little similiar with his after 85 autographs but rest is all bad. David's signatures never looked like this.
