David Bowie genuine or not?

Hello guys. I am asking for your kind help once again. 

What do you think about this? Real or fake? I will be happy for your advices and opitions as I had bad luck in the past.

It is offering to me in private for 260GBP just because my bad story about trying to get genuine one - owner knows about prices, it is Bowie collector. It was obtained via post from Isolar agency from his PA Corinne. 

Owner said I am not in rush and have take time for it, he will be not selling it to anyone else.
