David Bowie signed photo authentic?

Hi all!

I received this autograph a year or so ago and it came with a COA. But I understand COA's are not usually important.

I would love your opinions on the autograph itself. Any ideas on it's authenticity would be fantastic!

I do not think that this is genuine. I have met David 6 different times since 1990 and none of them have looked like this one.
