Just be aware the note they added .. it’s worth a gamble for the price but you may not get all five !

I hope they are just talking about the ones selling during the restocks because I know that wasn't there when I purchased them when they first went on sale.

Thanks for the headsup. I'm not taking a chance; I cancelled.

i better get all 5. this was not on the previous postings. i also want to know why they charge 1.11 processing fee and 8.99 shipping for a cd? it’s media so it should be a couple of dollars. y is there a processing fee? for what?

When you are about to check out, all the fees and the final total are spelled out. If one feels the postage is too high and the processing fee is unwarranted, simply do not buy it. Obtaining autographs this way is so easy that have no issue with these fees

yeah they all charge way more shipping than it actually costs to ship so that doesn't bother me anymore, but it will bother me if they change it to not guaranteed to be signed by all after they already sold it to us, but I'm hoping that is just with the latest restocks kind of how the Sammy Hagar late restocks were only signed by him and not both.

why not put this processing fee on the items that this will be charged up front in ad and not upon checkout. be upfront w customers that you are overcharging them on things. def leppard site was free shipping and no processing fees

This is old info and i could be misremembering but I believe that the rock and roll channel was based in Bensenville IL, at least when they 1st started selling stuff.. but their items ship from TN. Its possible the processing fee is to pay for the warehouse fees? Just a guess. I dont like the fees either. They should be more up front about it. When it comes to items like this, I just deal with it but it has stopped me from buying other items over the last year

I ordered 2 from Talkshop originally, my order has just been cancelled, they had a max order of 2, I ordered 2 now they are saying I exceeded the maximum.

Joke of a company

Edit: it says “exceeded our stated maximum order policy per household and/or shipping address.” so I am assuming it was cancelled as the shipping address was Stackry?! :(

Anyone got a spare?

Same for me. When I ordered, they had a max of 2 and they switched later to 1, and cancelled my order WITHOUT APOLOGIES two months later...

And of course kept my money for 2 months  (from mid-March to mid-May) !!!!!!!

To me, this is not a joke, this is a FRAUD.

I have a problem with household limits. I always buy 1 for myself and 1 for my daughter. For the Millie Bobby Brown book at waterstones (1 per customer) they canceled my 2nd order even though it was in my wife's name, paid with a different card (she is a separate customer) I emailed them and they completely understood and helped make sure my order would not be cancelled, it seems they were also canceling based on address.

Has anyone tried emailing to explain the situation? Tell TSL how Stackery works. I dont know how their customer service works now but they were very nice to me last year when I had a problem. Ive read different from others though. Its worth a shot. People are going to keep trying to use these services and TSL should be aware
