Derek Jeter Signed Photo "The Dive"

Can I get your opinion on the authenticity of this signed Derek Jeter photo?

It is a 16" x 20" photo that is framed and matted to be 21" x 25".  There is an engraved plate with Yankee's logos.  The signature is strong and bold in silver Sharpie.  

With Steiner holograph but no COA.
