Eric, Nicholson had already finished enough A+ movies to get the Studio star treatment by the late 70's. I would expect any mail sent to the studio or his management agency to get "Studio Fan Mail", in reply. That being said in my 40 years of collecting I only recollect his autographs as being "in person" of forged.
