whos the "we" you mentioned? a autograph site should just be about autographs and not drama. so far all the comments I've seen from steve C has been helpful to people just asking for help. I don't know him enough to say otherwise and until I see differently I'm going to have to just view him by what I see on here. My dad has been a member on here for a while now and as far as I know he hasn't had anything bad to say about him. I'd trust my fathers opinion on him. Ill ask him. Sorry to hear you feel that way but I don't want to get involved in any personal vendettas between anyone. I still don't see how his criminal record or personal life has anything to do with anything in regards to selling graphs. If he even does have a record. That could very well be made up. This is the world wide web. Anyone can post anything. Doesnt make it legit you know? as far as your comment on me taking sides- lol I don't care what anyone's personal issues are with anyone here. Its not that crucial. These are people ill never meet in person. if I ever butt heads with someone ill block them or just leave. Its just all very elementary sounding. Sorry. I'm not picking sides on anything. I don't know anyone enough to side with anyone here. Nor would I care to. Its a website. anyone who takes this that seriously needs to rethink some things. Just my thoughts on it.
Lucas, I'd rather you only reply to things regarding sigs. This is a place to learn on the hobby. That's all.
Lol sorry pop. just thought it was wrong- so i said so.

I think that like always in this world different people have different opinions and this is the beauty of kind debates and exchange of thoughts and advice on any field. About the signatures, like i said i heard some bad stuff about GAI in the past with some of the authenticators but honestly i have never heard bad stuff about Steve Sipe. This means that 100% of the items he authenticated are authentic? Well, i am sure of not. Authentication is not science but opinion from people makes some tests and give a personal responible opinion due their experience and knowledge of signature. Personally also if in past they had some problems, with some authenticators, i don't have nothing to say about Sipe. I had to deal with him in past a couple of times and always did seem a nice person to deal with. I am not here for defending Him or GAI or GA company, or anyone else. I just share my opinion and experience with who is interested to hear it. Maybe no one, but maybe someone yes.  am sure some of the items that passed between the hands of S.Sipe are forgeries, but i think no one can be perfect 100%, most of all in this field. Personally, and i say personally, i have trust in the work of Steve Sipe, due to his experience in this field and on his moves trying to fix some problems occured with his company. If you go on GA website now you see as authenticators only Sipe and Mysinger that from what i read are persons with a lot of experience in authentication. Then i think anyone have to do his own check and if you are not sure about a signature, well, no matter who authenticated it, PSA, JSA or GA i think it is better to stay away from it. But just personally, i consider the GAI or GA certificates of Sipe and Mysinger pretty trustfull, giving a most likely opinion about my item. This is absolutely my opinion, in respect of the opinion of everyone else, different or same that could be.

Thank you to all for your advices anyway.

You throw yourself under the bus with yourself and Mike Baker authenticating forgery after forgery.

Do not trust GA or GAI - they sometime do get it right but authenticate far too many forgeries to be trusted

hello all

I think GA is good,I can believe it.GAI is bad.certainly,PSA,JSA are the best.

DIRK IS 1 OF THE COOLEST NBA STARS U WILL EVER MEET. HE DONT LIKE TO SIGN ON GAMEDAY SOMETIMES BUT WAY NICE IF IT IS A COOL SITUATON.

I have heard a lot of people saying the same about him. And i agree with it.

Someone told me you can send him a photo or a jersey for signature through the mail, sending to his "Mavs address" sending the item with an included package with post stamp for just sending back to you the item. Do you need to write something too inside or you just send the item?

The address i have is this anyway:

Dirk Nowitzki
c/o Dallas Mavericks
2500 Victory Avenue
Dallas, TX 75219
