So this is one of the first autographs I've ever bought,

I bought this on eBay from a re-seller, it came sealed with an additional autographed booklet.

Supposedly its from the Newbury Comics sale, but based on what I've seen online, I'm not sure at all...

Can anyone please help me confirm these signatures?
