Do we have Charlie Rich's experts? Signed index card 3 x 5

I bought it on eBay. It's appears signed in fountain pen. Probably from 70's. No history. Is this authentic signature? Maybe we have people who got signature of Charlie Rich in person? The big problem is that in internet is very little quantity authentic samples of his signature.

This is authentic example of Charlie Rich signature from Roger Epperson's website (signed LP in 1980, when Charlie came to London).

Thanks for this example and for your opinion! Of course his signature changed in 70's, but it's a great memorabilia piece!
