Does anyone recognize this signature?

Can anyone tell me if they recognize this signature? My husband found this ball at Tiger Stadium just before it was torn down. Unknown if it was signed by a home player or a visiting team player or??

I don’t think it’s a tiger , bobby Higginson wore number 4 in that time period

I believe that is Joel skinner. He played for the Indians in the early 90”s

Yes, found it at one of the last Tigers games. I compared it to Joel Skinner signature but it does not match.

Definitely not Higgy’s signature.  The last couple games were against the Royals, I was there.  Who wore #4 for the Royals that year?

Shane Halter in '98, Ray Holbert in' 99. Comparisons of their signatures do not match.

I really think that is skinner . Keep in mind that the signature will look a little different on a ball
