I don’t think it’s a tiger , bobby Higginson wore number 4 in that time period

I believe that is Joel skinner. He played for the Indians in the early 90”s

Yes, found it at one of the last Tigers games. I compared it to Joel Skinner signature but it does not match.

Definitely not Higgy’s signature.  The last couple games were against the Royals, I was there.  Who wore #4 for the Royals that year?

Shane Halter in '98, Ray Holbert in' 99. Comparisons of their signatures do not match.

I really think that is skinner . Keep in mind that the signature will look a little different on a ball
