they do...I would post up a couple of pictures of the items you bought, people around here will help you out.

ok, so the Clint eastwood, Zepp and GnR cd are what Ive bought, the others I WAS considering, but not anymore.... man Im new to this but this is blatant fraud... how dodgy is the Zepp one??? looking at real ones here... do I have any recourse on the 3 ive bought. They are using an auction site (similar to ebay) to move a lot of this. If I report them without 100% proof i'd be in the s*** right?

The U2, even if authentic (which it doesn't look to be), is pretty darned sloppy.  I'd never buy such a bad example.
It was $30.... I guess that says it all

Get your refund as soon as possible.  In my opinion none of the music autographs are even close to being authentic.

good luck

What qualifications do you have to make you a expert in this field

ok, so Ive contacted Graysonline (auction site) and told them these are fakes and they should pull them using the feedback here, they have been warned... It looks like they will investigate and pull the active auctions...I am not concerned about the money Ive lost but some people have paid $1000+ for signed guitars (Hey the Eastwood won was $19 and I got the DVD with it!!!) I spoke to them and they agreed with me when seeing the scans. what should I do next??? I want to tur my items into the police but I want to stay anonymous, I dont really want to get too involved but I dont want ppl getting ripped off as well. I see how well the US system is dealing with these types of guys (ie, they are still f**king open for business) so its prob not worth it.

any suggestions please

I believe in exposing and prosecuting fraud whenever possible.

You should do whatever you can.

That said, here's the reality:

Law enforcement generally is ill-equipped to deal with the problem of autograph forgery.

They're not experts.

And fraudsters often have bogus excuses ("I relied on my authenticator") which can make prosecution difficult, even if law enforcement was so inclined.

A serious investigation takes A LOT of time, so the stakes have to be large.

Usually, no one in law enforcement is going to get excited about a few hundred or even a few thousand dollars.

Crooks know this.

And really smart ones make refunds or exchanges when they're called out...to avoid scrutiny.

Then they can go find another victim to buy the junk.

(Although most scammers either aren't that smart or let greed get in the way and make almost no refunds).

So, as a practical matter, the best that you can do probably is to post information on a site like this.

Get it out there on the web for people to see.

Anyone interested can get an idea of what a company is about through the experiences of its customers...and also an idea of how rare particular items may be.

Unfortunately, it seems too few people investigate BEFORE they buy.

If Don henley signed that album he was on METH...that;s the worst henley forgery I ever saw. Stay away from that dealer..i think all those graphs are forgeries.

Mate.. I have bought from this company..I have even met him..He is a for real!!!!!! I have even bought from Memrobilia stores in which he sells wholesale to them.

I have seen him do business with his UK supplier on skype and have seen his supplier with music stars.

Music Legends supplier drinks with Robert Plant and I have seen the photos to prove it.

You can listen to these bunch of critics. But you have been given the real deal. I have tried getting items I have personally got signed by myself and have had this site telling me they are fake.

For them to sell on Graysonline they had to prove themselves first..

Think about it Grays is a multi million business. They will not ruin there creditabilty for a few bucks.

If you have a problem with there merchandise you should contact them personally and they can show you the proof of there business.

Regards John

Agaain--if Don Henley signed that LP they ar selling.....he was doing LSD or something..thats a BAD Henley....I would testify its a forgery. Ther Funs N ROSES--those are NOT real AXL Rose autographs. I have 25 years IN PERSON experience...AXL ROSE and Don Henley have VEZRY distinct and unifmrly , year after year, the same basic graph. What you showed on line--are NOT real autographs of them. Sicne both of them DO care about fakes....if you ever meet them show them the graphs--i guarantee henley will tell you he didnt sign it.

hey there John Peterson or should we call you Richard Commisso ? Just read a nice forum post about you in Australia:  http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=1961576

Man you should be ashamed of yourself dude. Skype - music stars - Robert Plant drinking beer with your man the "collector" - what a load of rubbish that is dude. The UK supplier you saw on skype is probably the forger himself and who does this type of business on skype and then shows random people like you all of this ?? The real answer is NO BODY. Man you make me mad.

You show me one REAL autograph dude that you are selling with PROOF and I will honor my pledge and run naked down Hollywood. You can't because it is all lies man, all of it. Real dealers offer lifetime guarantees, what does this Richard Commisso offer - not a darn thing. So there is a challenge for you - take it up or keep your mouth shut.

Here is what I could find in various forums as what you call proof of authenticity Richard - let us see what the real autograph hunters think. Is this PROOF guys of authenticity ?
