Donald Trump real or not???

I thought this was an authentic Donald Trump but was rejected by RR Auction. Any thoughts on its authenticity?

I have seen 8-10 or so letters Trumps (last make), but this is 13-14?

Does anyone have insight on dotting the “i” in “wishes”? Seems like some have dots and others (like these) don’t. Is there any connection to secretarial vs. authentic?
