Can I get some opinions please, seller says the autographs were obtained at the Marquee club in London in July 1978, I checked and Dire Straits did play that date (easy to find out I suppose) and then checked against several signatures from the same time period, I found a signed slip that sold at auction and was signed 1 month before mine apparently was.

They look very, very similar but some opinions would be appreciated, the only major difference would be the J from John.

The 1st photo is of the sleeve he had signed the 2nd photo is from the sold piece of paper from the auction.
