Early Rolling Stones promo card

Hi everyone

I recently bought a lot of memorabilia for a specific item and this card was included. It was described as secretarial signatures. 

Having looked at some of the posts on here, it looks like there were numerous ways these cards were signed, often with one member of the band signing for all. Wondered what your thoughts were on this one?

Do you think the card would have come from the Stones 'camp' i.e. fan club or some flunky signing for them?

It's just I've seen other similar signatures (here), which makes me think it's not just someone who's faked it at home.

I've nothing to lose on this as it came with a load of other stuff, one item of which was worth the cost of the lot to me :) I'm just inquisitive.
